What data we collect
When you fill in the booking form or write to us on WhatsApp or email, we collect your name, contact details (email and/or phone), preferred date, number of people, and any notes you choose to share.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your request and arrange the tour. We don't use this data for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties, except when strictly necessary to provide the service (for example, confirming entry to a monument).
Sensitive data
If you tell us about allergies, dietary needs or mobility requirements, we only use that information to adapt the tour safely.
Photos
We only photograph participants with prior consent, given at the time, which can be withdrawn at any point.
Cookies
This site doesn't currently use third-party tracking or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct or delete your data. Just write to [email protected].
